THE iFTD PROCESS

YOU REQUEST PICKUP: Order online or use the iForgotTrashDay mobile app (launching May 1st). Order by by bin. Didn't bag it up like you meant to? Add an unbagged trash option and the hauler will take care of it for you.
A NEARBY HAULER RESPONDS: Local vetted and trained haulers respond to your request as well as a few other houses nearby.
PICKUP COMPLETE: Your hauler arrives, transfers the bagged trash from your bins into their truck or trailer and sends a you a notification when complete.
SAFE NO-CONTACT PAYMENT: Payments are entirely digital when you order, so no cash handling or weird conversations required. Tips are optional, also digital and 100% goes to the hauler who helped.
DISPOSAL: Haulers take their pickup load to the an approved local transfer station for responsible disposal. We use load tracking to ensure safe and legal disposal of every load. You receive a confirmation for peace of mind when the job is complete.
